Price includes: Bed linen, blankets, access to fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, shared bathroom, shared TV, central heating and gas costs. Cleaning service is not included (only common areas once a week). It is necessary to leave a deposit upon arrival (150€ payable in cash or with credit card authorization). The deposit shall be returned to the student at the end of the stay providing there are no damages. For bookings above 3 weeks: 50 Euro extra charge per week.
