Students who book accommodation in shared apartments have to bring their own bed sheets and towels. However,the school can provide used and clean sheets for 12 EUR and new sheets for 25 EUR. Students will be responsible for cleaning the apartments. However, the school provides cleaning service for the common parts of the apartments once a week. Double rooms are only available for students who are travelling together. The students are required to pay a deposit of 80 EUR for the keys and also as a guarantee that you will leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it. |

La Hacienda del Herrador was built in the late 40's in the magnificent andalusian style. Very well located, 2 minutes away from the school and 100 m away from the beach. Close to the bus stop, only 12 min away by bus (city centre). You can rest in your room and mix with people from around the world in the kitchen or lounge. The house has a big porch used as a terrace, private balconies, solarium and gardens filled with palms and mandarin trees. The house is split into 9 bedrooms, 1 single, 6 double and 2 triple. Every student has a single bed, night table, desk and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, 3 refrigerators, microwave, crockery and utensils. Laundry facilities and student lounge are available. |
