Nerja is a calm but cosmopolitan town in the south of Spain that has preserved
its Andalusian character. Its beauty and its climate have turned Nerja into one
of the most attractive places on the Costa del Sol. It is only one hour away
from Málaga airport, has 50.000 inhabitants, and is known as open minded
towards visitors from all over the world.

Nerja has 16 kilometres of coastline and more than 3500 hours of sunshine a year. The average temperature in summer is around 30° C and around 15° C in winter. Nerja offers a wide range of exhibitions, concerts, theatre plays, sports events and other festivities. In the numerous restaurants and tapas bars you can enjoy the Mediterranean charm or dance through the night in one of the many discos.

How to get there:
By bus: From Málaga airport to the central bus station there are buses every 20 minutes. From Málaga to Nerja there are buses every 75 minutes (the last bus is around 20.15); driving time is 90 minutes.
By taxi: It takes about 60 minutes from Málaga airport to Nerja .
