Spain | Tenerife
Tenerife has beautiful beaches with clean and fine sands, some black, some golden. A well- known and attractive place on the island is the bird park ‘Loro Parque’, with its beautiful botanical gardens, Europe’s largest aquarium, and penguins and other impressive attractions.
Tenerife’s world famous carnival is celebrated all over the island but
it is most splendid in the towns of Puerto de la Cruz and in Santa Cruz.

Tenerife is a singular paradise for surfers and divers. Because its climate is mild the whole year round, it is often called the ‘island of eternal spring’. Statistically, there are no rain days in June and July, and from January to December the temperature is between 17° C and 25° C or more. Because of unceasing winds it is never oppressive, even in the middle of summer.
Fiestas, animation, sports and a lot of fun! These are some of the traditional words from the Tinerfeños (the name for the inhabitants of Tenerife). This attitude to life and the mild climate will make your stay and learning Spanish on this island an extraordinary experience.
The school is situated in ‘Puerto de la Cruz’, a very peaceful little village. The building is called Belgica and it is built in typical Canarian style. It is 5 minutes away from the beach ‘Martiánez’, 2 minutes from the famous lakes ‘Martiánez’, and 10 minutes from the town hall.
The school consists of 7 bright classrooms, a staff room, an inner courtyard, an office, a multimedia room, a lounge with a television set, stereo system, a library, and videos. The recreation areas and beaches are only a few minutes away.
